(NRIC Campaign)

A nationwide public education campaign with MDDI on the proper use of NRIC numbers amid growing concerns around data protection and scams. Built around the message “Know It. Use It Right.”, the campaign translated complex policy guidance into clear, accessible visuals and relatable everyday scenarios to reinforce that NRICs are identifiers, not passwords. Executed across digital, social and
out-of-home platforms, the campaign helped strengthen public understanding, rebuild trust in digital systems, and encourage safer digital behaviour.
