Here is
JACK WITH
A FEW HIDDEN TRADES,
MASTER OF SIDE QUESTS
Jack of all trades? Maybe. Here are a few skills that somehow ended up in the inventory.
Building a Culture
of Learning Through Initiative
Besides delivering pitches and client work, I took the initiative to organise cross-department knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops covering topics such as Generative AI, emerging creative tools, print production and sustainable design practices. These sessions brought together teams across Operations, Client Servicing and Production, helping them stay current with industry trends, better understand creative workflows and improve collaboration and efficiency across projects.
Keeping Company Culture Alive,
One Post at a Time
Managed social media content strategy and performance analytics across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and Behance
The fun part? 👀 Turning social media trends into opportunities for participation (My bosses and colleagues hehe). By adapting trending formats to suit different audiences, I encouraged engagement in ways that felt natural, relevant and enjoyable—always with consent, of course. 🕺🥳
Client Servicing
Through a Creative Lens
Besides being your go-to creative, I leveraged my creative and production expertise to take on client servicing responsibilities, acting as the bridge between clients, creative teams and production partners. Managing projects and stakeholder relationships for Schroders and HomeTeamNS, while supporting pitches for Algebris Investments, strengthened my ability to align cross-functional teams, manage expectations and deliver projects seamlessly from brief to completion.
Play & Learn:
From Art Class to Interdisciplinary
Learning Experience
Started and taught an art class for young children using a "Play & Learn" methodology, guiding them from building creative confidence and foundational artistic skills to participating in art competitions.
The Play & Learn programme evolved beyond a traditional art class into an interdisciplinary learning experience, collaborating with lecturers from subjects such as English and Science. Through hands-on activities and experiments, students developed curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and a deeper engagement with learning across disciplines. 🎨
